Just a small patch aiming to correct some issues with how JTools handles isTalking.

Also as a side note, this is the official announcement that JTools 2019 is now deprecated and will not be supported for consecutive iterations of the tool. I apologize but having to update two separate packages for a tool that isn't really my high priority is tedious.
